This project works with young people 13 - 25 living in Manchester, Salford and Trafford providing a range of services including counselling, individual support, group work and volunteering opportunities.

42nd Street provides a range of services to young people including:

• Mental health needs assessment;
• Counselling & therapy
• Individual community mental health support;
• Group work;
• Drop-ins;
• A helpline;
• Youth work activities;
• Participation opportunities for young people using the service;
• A national online question and answer service for young people affected by self-harm delivered through TheSite.org
