Colchester and Tendring Women's Refuge is committed to campaigning against all forms of domestic abuse and to repudiating totally any attempt to excuse or justify it. We regard the continuing incidence of domestic violence in this country as a source of profound social shame and are pledged to pressing the government to take action to eradicate it. Domestic violence is not just about being hit or punched and insulted.

Community Action Suffolk

Provides a range of services for local voluntary and communty groups to develop and work more effectively, coordinates services for individuals and can direct you to the resources and information you need. Services include: Funding advice, training and practical services for groups. CRASH After School and Breakfast Club - Ipswich

CRASH provides quality childcare for children aged 4 -11 years before and after school hours and most school holidays. CRASH offers a full range of popular activities including football, arts and crafts, team games, computer games, 'chill out' areas, as well as, outings to local parks, bowling and cinema. OPENING TIMESWe are open from Monday to Friday. Breakfast Club sessions run from 7:30am to 8:35am, After School sessions run from 3:20pm to 6:00pm and Holiday sessions run from 8:00am to 6:00pm.

Herts Area Rape Crisis and Sexual Abuse Centre

Free & confidential counselling for females who are over 16 and survivors of rape, sexual assault and/or childhood sexual abuse, no matter how old you were when this happened. The service is available to residents of Hertfordshire.
