Changes Bristol

Changes Bristol is a charity which runs mutual support groups for people in any form of mental distress including anxiety, depression and other mental health disorders. There are 8 groups which meet weekly across the city. The groups are free, open to anyone (self-referral is fine) and confidential. They are facilitated by trained volunteers, many of them having suffered themselves from mental distress at some point. Access is immediate (there is a meeting somewhere in Bristol on every weekday) and people can come as often and for as long as they wish.

Check Point - Torquay

Clocktower Association is keen to support the development of a lone parent group offering a space for parents and children to meet - on Sundays - aimed at families living across the Kingswood, Staple Hill and Cadbury Heath areas. We can offer a local community space where you can come together with other parents + their children to run a range of activities which could include cooking, sharing lunches, board and card games, soft ball games and much more!
