Hometruths - Swindon & Wiltshire

HOMETRUTHS provides support and information around Domestic Violence to both female and male survivors from the age of 16 within Swindon and Wiltshire. Services include: One to one work with survivors, A range of group programmes and is developing a Volunteering Project. Training and consultancy to organisations and agencies across the South West. Honeylands Children's Centre - Exeter

Honeylands Children’s Centre is an NHS centre for young children with complex special needs in Pinhoe Road, Exeter. The centre provides services to families from the Exeter, East and Mid Devon areas. Services include: Providing equipment and resources for children and families that the NHS cannot Toy Library, Music Therapy They also run a summer garden party for families and ‘graduated’ families to meet and have a reunion as well as raise needed funds.

Hop, Skip and Jump - Bristol

Hop, Skip and Jump is a play and support centre located on an attractive greenfield site at Grimsbury Road, Kingswood, Bristol. The Centre, designed as a giant log cabin, provides day care, supervised play for children and young people with any special needs.

Lighthouse loves Weston-super-Mare and their mission is to see the town thriving as a community. That means strengthening families and marriages; supporting the vulnerable and giving hope to the isolated and unemployed. Lighthouse works in partnership with local businesses, treatment centres, churches and government agencies to provide essential training, help and practical support. Their projects focus on particular areas of need such as parenting, relationships, basic skills for employment and practical help for the vulnerable.
