I just wanted to inform you all about a fantastic local parenting course, provided by Family Services UK-improving mental health. The program called PLUS, (P-arents L earning U -nconditional S -kills), offers a wonderful insight that contibutes to family well being by comparing and contrasting parenting styles in a non-judgemental fashion. Programs run for twelve weeks in total.
