Well, there's no point in contacting or emailing the help section on this site with regards to getting information or advice with the CSA and getting your ex to pay maintenance, you get absolutely no reply, useless.
Hi thanks for your reply, I apologise for the term 'useless' maybe a little harsh, just I am going through a rough time at the moment and have no one to help me with regards to advice etc and often feel like there's no point in trying to go forward with this issue of mine, but thank you for responding.
You're welcome Tania. I have emailed the expert direct and suggested she emails you direct. I was just worried when you felt we had let you down as we are so committed to helping our members.
I hate delays in things myself (they call me Victor Meldrew on here) so I do understand, and don't worry, it will be sorted

I would like to assure Tania, and everyone out there on the One Space website that I endeavour to respond to all CSA ask the expert emails within a few days, (but dont usually work weekends)!
Having no outstanding emails I can only assume her email has gone astray.
I shall email Tania and help her to sort out her CSA issues.

Jean has confirmed that she has received all your information safely and she will be going through it and seeing what she can advise on her return to work after the weekend, so you will get a reply as soon as she has had chance to do this.

I am very concerned to hear that you have not received a response to your email about the CSA. At One Space we pride ourselves on providing a professional and efficient service, which is completely free of charge (a very unusual thing these days) and many, many members have been helped by the services we provide. In fact I think it is the first time ever that anyone has considered us "useless".
I can only presume that your email went astray and I will investigate this and get in touch with our CSA expert immediately. I see you joined One Space eight days ago and so your query must have been sent within that time frame. I will get back to you again as soon as possible.
