Hyperdontia!

My son has an extra tooth, basicaly he has five incisors, sort of, unfortunatly (or fortunatly depending on your view) he does not live in the greater London area, nor can he be there around the 3rd to the 5th of May.

But still! He had it with both milk and now adult teeth, he will need some sort of dental correction, maybe an extraction, some braces, stuff like that.
