Seeing as it's normally dads that get the short end of the stick I've put this here, some tips that could be handy when having to deal with CAFCASS, perfectly usable by women too though : )

Just remember, it's all about the kids. Just thought I'd mention that seeing as I heard it about a million times during my 'involvement' with CAFCASS, I'm sure the have a script that they go home and read, maybe.

I particularly like number two, about not assuming the evaluator is on your side. I did not have to deal with CAFCASS during my divorce, although I have supported many other people who have, and parents find it really, really hard to accept that they are not 100% in the right and the other parent 100% in the wrong. I am sure I would have been the same
