how long after you enrol on a course, does it take to get on it?
Hi Amanda66,
we are having problems with the online learning part of the website at the moment. We are working to fix it, but we are not quite sure what is making the site so slow. Normally, when you click on the resume course link at the top of the page, it takes between 15 and 45 seconds to take you to the next page of the course, but I have been told that on some computers it doesn't work becasue you get timed out becasue it's taking too long to download.
If you get in touch directly via info@onespace.org.uk we'll try to get your problem sorted. I am really sorry it's not working as well as it should.
PS. Hi Louise!
Ooh thanks sergiozed, that is useful info!
Amanda66 hope it will be working for you soon
doing two off the courses how do i print out what ive done so far i have to show the social worker.
Hi Kerry,
which courses are you doing? Normally, the best way is for you to print off the pages one at a time as you do them. If you look on the left hand side of the page once you are logged into a course, you'll see a drop down box that says "All completed Learning". Select the section you want, then press the "Go" button below it. Go to the bottom of the page that opens, and click the Printer Friendly link.
Hope this serves
Hi amanda
What sort of course are you talking about? Our online courses can be started straightaway but if you are talking about college, for example, it varies as some places will want to hold interviews and await exam results.
Maybe you could tell us some more?
