hi well court over with for while anyway, bin a long year, but ive got thru it, ive got result i want, at court tuesday but cafacss said judge wil agree with report, cafcass takin myn and my kids saftey seriously by extending my non molestation order,my ex defeated in court, bout time these men dont always get their own way do they

This all sounds really promising kiera, you will still need to be strong for Tuesday, but hopefully knowing how adamant your CAFCASS officer will be, will make the date easier.

Not to be dishearting to those that do not get the way they wished for.
The thing is with violent partners you usually have a criminial record to go with it or other victoms of his.
These men are so delussional they actually believe they can fool the court or if not that they believe they will get their own way as everyone else is so insignificant even if its really not in the best interest of the child when the evidence points to his character flaws and abusive behaviours.
These men use courts and rarely get their own ways.
However if a man has NEVER had a criminal record, Nor any complaints against him for dv nor any involvement with social services and on TOP of that he goes to prove he is a great father and gather evidence for such he will usually get his own way and so he should aslong as the childs not in danger.
Parents can hate each other, and still make great parents.
