Hi,
After a million phone calls and a default maintenance decision the CSA have gone back on this and put my ex on nil assessment.
The lady I spoke to wasn't very helpful and said the only thing I can do if I am not happy with this is fill a variation form to show his lifestyle is not consistent with his lifestyle but I would have to provide all the info. How can I do this?
Also I know my ex has been frequently travelling to Philippine ( Each 3 months) last year, because his new wife lives there. He is also preparing all documentations to meet the financial requirements to UK Border Agency and be able to support or sponsor his new wife to live in UK.
I know how much his rent cost and I know he works sometimes as self-employer and also he got a new job now . ( After he got back from Philippine!), but what I do not know is: where this new job address is. I know he needs to prove consistent earnings to bring his new wife to live here and he is working on this very hard. ( I know all this things because my oldest daughter who is 16 years old and is living with him told me, but she is not able to give all the information I need and she is stressed with al this things happening ).
How can I find this details alone? eg details and information he is giving to UK Border Agency?
I know he is lying to CSA and avoid paying maintenance. I have our 2 children living with me. I am struggling to feed myself and my kids now.
Do you have any ideas on how to get the nil assessment changed or any help/advice with the variation form ? Specially knowing he is lying to CSA ? My urgent question is: How could I link CSA and UKBA ?
Thank you!x
