I have been battling the CSA for 14 years now, I am owed £44,000 in arrears but they nevere collect anything, Their father has a great lifestyle, more children, lives in the same town, but not so much as a birthday/xmas card to his daughters. The CSA have all his details but they tell me if he doesn't want to pay they can't make him?????? I am at the end of my tether
Hi Anna, I have emailed the CSA expert, but it was only yesterday, so keeping my fingers crossed for some advice as nothing has worked so far. xxx

Hi starmix101, have you emailed our CSA expert? If anyone knows how to take this forward it will be her, she has over 30 years experience.
You have been dealing with this for 14 years, it is so incredibly frustrating to see our children's father or mother manage to dodge the system, I really hope our expert can give you some useful information.
