Ive been told from a very reliable source that my childs father is in great debt with rent, bills etc and is due for a final court hearing (not turned up for the past hearings). We have a private agreement for visits and child support but im worried payment could stop if court take money from his wages each month to pay off debts.. I agreed to a private agreement as if we did it though CSA i would recieve less money.
has anyone ever been in a similer situation?
I tried using the csa calculater on their site but if you do not know the fathers wages then you can not work it out haha. Plus i do not see why a father should pay less if he has more children now- its not my daughters fault he cant keep his w***y in his pants so why should she suffer. he could keep having children just to get out of paying a reasonable amount. Does not make sense
I agree with you Tinkerbell2, it doesn't seem to make any sense at all does it.
Have you been in touch with our CSA expert with regards to your maintence? Even though you have a private agreement, she may still have some pearls of wisdom.
Thank you i just emailed them :)
Hi Tinkerbell2
I haven't been in that situation but if the court impose an Attachment of Earnings order then that leaves less for him and he might indeed decide to go back on your agreement, at which point you may consider involving the CSA.
