It is estimated that 1 in 3 of all families in the UK are now stepfamilies.
Firecracker Films is looking for families who are about to go through the transition of moving in together for the first time to be part of a ground breaking observational documentary for Channel 4. Our aim is to gain a realistic and honest portrayal of this process, looking at it through the eyes of the children as well as the parents.
The production is being funded by the Channel 4 Education department.
