The law looks very complicated, but I believe what is the most complicated bit is proving harrassment, which is why we always suggest on here that you keep a record of things, including texts

Oh it's easy to fool the police,
they don't need evidence, as I have found. Only allegations.

It only takes 2 incidents of similar harassment to be enough for a letter of warning.

Will let you know if I get it rescinded.
