I am new to this site I am 44 single parent with 2 teenagers age 15 and 16 been a single parent for nearly a year.

44 is an excellent age, even if I say so myself! Glad I'm not on my own!

hi pinkyuk hope you and your kids are well? i have a son whos 12 and my god hes acting like a stroppy teenager already! as you have got teenagers just wondered do u have any tips or advice 4 me? he can be very stroppy and quite rude and thinks its really funny 2 say rude things,even tho i shouldnt i sometimes laugh! lol 
elle81, as soon as your boy sees that you find it funny when he says rude things - you know that he will keep doing it. It's one thing when they are small but if you don't want a certain behaviour to continue, you have to be persistant with what you are telling him is not ok.
