Hello everybody.
Got a situation where I seemed to have everything and things have gone pear shaped. My EX had a relationship with a neighbour then i got made redundant at Christmas. She agreed to help pay her part of the mortgage in the hope of me finding a job and keeping the home for me and my daughter. She is now pushing me to leave the home so she and her new partner can sell it. I am unemployed and not in a position to keep up the payments, I have been told if I leave the council will not home us, I dont know what to do. Please any advise.

Presumably, if the house is sold then you are entitled to your part of the equity? which would then enable you to put down a deposit on a flat?
