i'v not been on for a few days now and all has been going really well! monsteroo has been a god boy, parents are being parents but getting on with things! and as for me i'v just been goin with the flow and actually ENJOYING it! lol
But today :( OMW! today i'v felt so drained, confused, don't know what to do, monsteroo has been a MONSTER since i'v picked him up from school, he's not been concentraiting so have had a hard time this evening, he's been told off to the point where i cant do anything any more, i'v tried all sorts of tactics just to get his attention and feels as tho nothing i'v done, tried, said has even sunk in :(
It's just been one of those days i think! it didn't help that the last 2 days he's woken up screaming his head off and petrified but i cant work out what's wrong with him at all, i try to ask him but he dosen't know how to answer me, i ask him if he see's things while he's been sleeping but he dosen't know what i mean, but i cant think of any other ways to ask him any simpler than that :( so i cant work out why he's waking up like he is doing, This morning i had to wake him up at 5:15am as he was thrashing about, hitting, kicking and even punching me :( so i woke him up in case he was having a nightmear of some sort and asked him if he was ok he said am good????? so took him down to the toilet (and he'd wet him self in the night!) so i took him down to the toilet and went back up to bed and said to him that he needs to relax and get back to sleep, kept talking to him telling him that if he relaxes and closes his eyes he'll fall asleep, but nope i dropped off and when i woke up at 7 he was playin on my DS and had been for a long time! :O so he's been up since 5:15 this morning and then annouced that he was hungry! (which being up from that time i'd bet he was actually STARVING! lol)
so i have to say it was really good when it got round to 1/4 to 7 and i could send him off to get sorted out for bed! he then spent 10 mins on the toilet messing about and everything so as i (and parents) were loosing paitaents with him i told him enough is enough! off the toilet now, cleaned him up and sent him in to the bath room, and told him that he needs to wash his hands .. but it got to the point where i had to tell him every little instrution, wash your hands, get some soap, wash soap off, turn tap off, dry your hands, get out the bath room, say good night to your grandparents, get up to bed and so on! and i had to go on like that till he was in bed and i was able to talk to him, alone and no distractions, i told him that he's made me really upset since i picked him up from school, and i went right back to this morning when i told him that he should go to sleep cuz you'll be tired and look at where it's landed you?, in trouble, in bed, your upset, mummy's up set, your mamar and grandad are both upset cuz we know that you can behaive better than what you have done today, At which point he said that he was sorry, and that he loves me..... at which point (like with most parents!) my heart melted and we had cuddles, kisses and squeezes and said good night to each other! i'm just hopin that he's not going to wake up distressed tonight as that would make it 3 nights on the trot that he's woken up like that and then it would mean something is deffently going on :(
it's the last day of school tomorrow and in one way i cant wait but in another, i'v just got him back in his routeen and it's going to get all messed up again! grrrrr! and that's the bit i'm not looking forward too! but at least it's only a weeks holiday! and not 2 or 6 like the next one :(
so as i say, sorry but this is just a rant and i'v got it all off my chest now! (at least 90% of it! lol)
Being a parent can be very trying at times! Worth giving him a different bedtime drink, or having a star chart for "going to bed nicely" if it continues?
Hi hatz. Hope your son had a better nights sleep, which of course would mean that you also did!! Is there perhaps something troubling him at school, that maybe he's not telling you about? The bedwetting, is this something that he does, if he is anxious? He could have been acting up the other night, simply because he was so tired after the extremely early morning. Hope you both have a good day today. xx
i just don't know to be honest with you all! i woke up this morning to find him starkers in my bed! haha asked him when i found him there why he didn't have any clothes on and he said cuz there wet! so i said Why were they wet? and he said cuz i was jumping in puddles last night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i had to laugh! lol .... the bed wetting he's not done since he was about 2 really! (other than the odd night where he's had an accedent) but he's not had 3 nights on the trot where he's wet the bed :(
as far as i know there's nothing goin on at school but we'v got a week off now so if anything is cracking off then at least it shouldn't bother him now and if he starts pickin up then i can put it down to school!
he dosen't have anything to eat or drink with in the hr before he gose to bed! as i'v found that to trigger him waking during the night either with belly ache or needing the loo so it's easier for him and me not to have anything before that hr!
so i'm not really any more on than that really! lol as i said i woke up to find him in my bed starkers last night which was kinda funny! but he was cold as well i remember that much and i remember covering him up to warm him back up but i cant remember anything else! lol
well as i also say it was his last day at school for a week so i hope now that he can settle down and not have to worry about anything and don't have to get up particually early for school now too! so lets see how this week gose on! he's working at his grandad's yard tomorrow so i'v got the morning off and mum's goin up too so i'v sure have got a morning free! but! .... and it's a big BUT! lol i'v got to crack on with sorting out my bedroom! we've got new windows being fitted at some point in the near feature and they need to be able to get to the inside of my bedroom which at the moment is a virtural imposibility!! so i'v got to get it sorted out! ... i'v got a fair few boxes that can be filled with stuff that i will take with me to the new place that i don't use any more so i can at least get them all sorted!

You may find that things settle down over the holidays, sometimes if they are very tired they wet the bed because they can't wake up in time. Is he going to the loo nore in the day? If so then do take him to the doc in case there is a little infection. If not then just be laid back about it, see if it resolves, get a waterproof undersheet for him in the meantime. Praise praise praise a dry bed, ignore a wet one, just say never mind let's get you some dry sheets. Have a think about whether you would prefer him to wake you, get you to change the bed and he get back in it or just come into bed with you like he did the other night
lol he would have to have a bucket of cold water to water to wake me! so it's just as easy for him to climb in my bed!!!! ... we did get a dry night last night which i did praise him for! so it was a good night :) he's got a waterproof sheet under his sheets any ways so if he dose wee it is only the sheets i have to sort out, altho in his bed that's a mean feat!!! lol (his bed is a cabin bed so it's up in the air!! lol)
I'v had a pretty good day and when the monster got back with his grandparents it got even better! :) heard about some of his antics and was impressed and at one point shocked!!! they lost him at one point down the yard and when they found him they were kinda shocked them selfs!!! ... he had managed all by him self to climb up on to the top of the landrover!!! YUP ON TOP OF THE LANDROVER!!!!!!!!!!!! .... boys will be boys!!! i can work out how he managed to get up on to the bonnet of the landrover! but to actually get up on the top of it as a 4 nearly 5yr old i haven't a clue how he managed that bit! lol but least he didn't hurt him self nor did he break anything!!! ... which is more than what my step dads nephew can say! think he's a bit younger than me and me step dad asked him to help put the toylander in the back of the van but he thought he'd try and be clever and do it him self! picked it up by the stearing wheel and snapped it off :( grrrrrrrr! so that's now at my step dads yard being repaired! hopefully it they can repair it as it cost me parents a grand to buy it! so they won't be impressed if they cant repair it! and nor will my son really!!!!
right! i'm not plannin on stayin up too long today got a bed to sort out!!! but did make head way with my room!!! didn't realise how many clothes i'v got stored that i don't wear any more!!!! but have found 3 pairs of jeans that look like there in good condition so goin to see what they look like when on and hopefully be 3 pairs of Jeans up in the world! lol :) oooo and did find a coat too! :D but have sorted out so far 3 bags of rubbish which are still in my rom as need a skip so i can just get rid of it all rather than having to go down tip and be asked whats in each bag as to be honest i havent a clue!!! i'v just picked up and chucked out!!! lol :)

A child on the estate was acutally jumping on the top of another neighbour's motorhome at the age of 4. It was new.
The reaction of the two parties is another story...
blimey! i bet the reactions of the 2 parties is another story and i can just about guess what's happend if there like people round here! lol "there kids are perfect and never put a foot out of place!" yet we all know different!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it's either that or who cares if your only 4yrs old get out the house and play, run across the road with out looking first!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... hum have i said too much about where i live! lol
well we'v had a semi relaxing day! we were goin to go swimming but the air was so thick today that by time i got down town i couldn't actually breath so i spoke to cam and he siad he didn't mind that much and he didn't mind goin round town so that's what we did really! lol found all my face painting stuff out yesterday and this morning i turned monsteroo's face in to a tiger :) he loved it! lol so i decided that if i can get some more facepaints i'll put it on the list for his party :)
we had a pretty decent night last night, altho he woke up at 12:30 and came in to me sayin he needs zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz! thats far as he got lol and stayed there rooted to that spot till about 5 when he finley turned round!!!!!!!!!! lol

evening! saw the Ex today :( on the bis to burton and it wasn't till after i got on that i saw him! so i was there walkin up the isle and he cought my eye and it was at that moment that i thought DAMN! can't go any where!!! so i said to my son go right to the back please so we were sat behind him, so i didn't feel as tho he was staring at me all the way on the bus joruney lol! but i was so glad that i'd just brought sandwiches and drinks for our dinner so we sat at the back of the bus eatting away! lol so my son didn't speak much, i didn't speak much and he just sat there 2 seats infront of me (well on the other side of the bus!) texting who ever he was texting! and i was sat there thinkin PLEASE GET OF THE BUS! LMAO! and 1/2 way to burton my wish came true and i don't think i'v breathed such a HUGE sigh of relife in my life! lol that moment he got up and pressed the bell and walked off the bus was the best thing cuz it meant i didn't have to keep looking round while walking round burton incase he was there! lol (not that he bothers me that way! but rather not see him again!!!) and to top my day off i didn't see him on the journey home either!!! lol .... seeing him tho did get me thinkin about if he's ever thought about the life that he could of had, if he'd of made a better thing of tryin to be with me and my son! but then that thought swiftly got shoved right out the window when i thought if he'd of thought that then he'd of made a better attempt!!
MOVING ON! lol went over burton as said today! lol NEEDED to get some new shoes for me self BIG TIME! lol as had warn mine out that much that not only had i a whole in the sole of them but that whole had also warn the liner out too! lol so i could see day light all the way thru my shoes!!! so managed to get some shoes (pump things!) for 9.99 from TK, and a few other bits, went argos and got 1 birthday pressy for my son's friend and a few bits for my son's birthday, also got all his party wear plates, cups etc!!! just need to get some spoons for the jelly! lol they only did packs of 300 i only need 10 at the least! haha!!! other than that just mooched around waisting time! lol Went to get the bus back and 1 never did turn up so ended up on the next one home which takes an extra 10 mins :( was goin to complain as they just taking the "biscuit" at the moment!!! BUT! ... my friend posted a video on FB today of that very bus that never did turn up on fire!!!!!!!! so i guess that's a good enough reason for them NOT to turn up! lol
and on another note! My son had a really bad night mear last night :'( he woke up screaming "get off me, get off me" then came a really loud scream, bang of his door another scream and in to me shaking, so i grabbed him and hugged him and when he calmed down i asked what the matter was and he said the Gohsts are getting him ????? so i kept him in my bed, he wasn't wanting to even go back in his room last night so was just easier to keep him with me then talked to him tonight..... he's been goin on about gohsts for a little while now asking if they were in the house, and i havent a clue where he's got it from, so i told him that they only live on the telly and they wont get him, but as to anything else i can say to him really i don't know! Just thinking bout it actually he's been watching scooby-doo recently! and they have a lot of gohsts and things like that on! so maybe i should give scooby a rest for a while see how he gets on then! he's not seen it since last week but these things happen at any time in the night really! so just see what happends!
Any ways i'm goin to head up to bed! lol hopefully for a good nights sleep and not one that's promptly woken up by the high pitched scream that my son gives out! ... was a shame as the other night he slept all the way thru and then went straight in to my parents room and left me till 8! hehe! :)
Ahh poor little chap yes steer clear of Scooby Doo, he is too little to realise that the ghosts are all really people trying to scare other people, even in the cartoon.

yup, it's the only thing i can put it down to really! lol but there we go! just got to see what happends, thing with my son is that he can watch something and it wont bother him then about 2-3 weeks later it will do! so yeh it never has to be on that night or even that week it can be a lot later on in the month!!!!
Today other than him being accident prone we'v had a pretty good day really! (other than one arguement this morning! which ended up in me telling him that i'm his mother and wouldn't tell him a lie, so i'm right! lol) but yes accident monkey today! stood on the door step and did his zip up on his coat and cought his finger in it! then ran up the drive and fell of the step at the end! then climbed up the wall to walk along it and scrapped his leg, down the park and climbing on the spider web frame and got rope burn along the top of his arm!!!!!!! so he looks as tho he's been beaten up a bit but there we go! lol least he's still happy about things! :) lol
Oh how i love TRADITION! went to the library today .... realised it's wednesday! since the begining of times (roman i think!) Ashby has had a tradition to shut on a weds afternoon! it use to be ALL but about 3 shops shut but with in time most have now stayed open on the weds afternoon! one is the Library, another is the Butchers and the 3rd is the toy shop! so when i got to the library i realised it was weds afternoon (actually! i realised it was weds fullstop! lol) so the trip to the library has to be done again tomorrow! lol
He will enjoy his trip to the library today. We have a main library in the town centre open every day but the little library near here where I always took the boys has really weird opening hours and even shuts for lunch!
It was on the news that one in three children do not have a single book!!! so personally I think libraries are a great way forward, to let children have access to a wider range of books as they can be expensive to buy too many
When I lived in walking distance of the library in the house I lived in before we used it ever such a lot. The children were younger, and enjoyed the activities that the library had on in the holidays.
and we didn't make it to the library today! lol! grr! my plan was to go but had to print somethings off for me mum, then ran out of printer ink so had to head up to tesco's. so thought never mind! we'll go up tesco's and then head down to the library! but on way home (ok we did walk the 3 miles there and the 2 back! (the extra 1 is from home to town!!)) littleroo was begining to complain (which cant blame him) so i decided we'd head straight home after popping in to 1 more shop to get some much needed ICE! :D so we came home and relaxed in the shade of the house, watching Nanny McPhee and the big bang! :D really impressed as i spotted the last one for £5 :O :D WHOOP! so we watched that and that's been it really tonight! lol just got him to do a pic in his mag and posted it off to them, so we took a pre-sleep walk up to the top of the estate to post that! (mainly to get monsteroo to be able to settle compleatly for bed! he seems to be suffering with restless legs at the moment and think it's due to the fact that he's not running about at school!!)
well i'v been asked by my friend if i can look after her little ones as her very much useless Ex has decided that he'll go out instead of lookin after his kids!!!!! but there we go! so i'v got my monster and her 3 (4, 2, 1) monsters tomorrow! lmao!! this will be fun, plus her house is 1/2 the size as ours so there's less space for them to run around and everything! ... but as i'v got them from 2-9 think it's time to head out over the road to the park! could always do a pack up and have tea out :) that way i don't have to worry too much about clearing the mess up afterwards!!! lol
so altho we'v done a lot of walking today we'v not really done overly much! lol but as it has been 25 degrees here i don't think we could have done much else! lol we'v sat and waited for the ice cream van to come round which of course cuz your waiting for it, it's not turned up! lol but there we go! shall see if it comes tomorrow! :)

it was kinda crazy! lil miss bossy boots, Mr man i'll do what my sister is doing, and baby girl that just thrives attention! and then my man that hates too much noise and commotion so he finds the ds out and plays on that till they all shut up! lmao! After my friend had gone off to work i turned round to her eldest and said have you been out today? she said no, so i said RIGHT! lets get sorted out, get the buggy out and head out to the PARK! at that point all (except the baby!) stopped in there tracks and got sorted! :) hehe! i'm a parent that beleives that all children should get out for at least an hr in the day! hate being trapped inside and with so many children (3 + 1) in the small space of her house it's much needed to get out! so i got the double buggy out sat the baby and lil mr man in there got the shoes on the walkers and headed off out! ... giving them some home rules first!!! so we headed down the park for 1/2 hr then the lad bumped his lip on the climbing frame and it started to bleed and swell up a little bit so i called it off early and as we wernt that far from my house i headed here and grabbed some rockett lolly's! :D which went down a TREAT!
after they'd finished there lolly's off we headed back to theres to get tea sorted out! and it was pretty much full on from there really! 5pm they have there tea, 4:30-5 baby sleeps and wakes in time for her dinner at 5:30 which she finishes at about 6! 7pm get milk and biscuits ready for supper 7:30 mr man in bed, 8 lil miss in bed 8:30 baby to bed but then for some reason she wakes her to feed her, her last bottle at 9??? (so of course me not seeing the lodgic in that) gave her, her last bottle just after i put lil miss in bed and she went down a lot easier on a full belly! :D and so i got her down 5 mins before her mum came home and so all she had to do was sort the toys out which i did put away just not in the right place! and do a the babies washing up!
but yes she sure is a little miss bossy boots! "I want it now" and there's no please's or thank you's in there house, so i ended up lossin it a little and said RIGHT! This is me that your talking to, you might get away with talking to your mum like that but when it's me i have some rules! you say please and thank you if i give you something or you ask for something .... or you don't get! you'r not goin to talk to me like that, you will talk to me nicely... or i wont listen to you! when we eat our dinner at my house we have the TV OFF! and it wont go on till we'v finished! which she really wasn't happy about!!!! (they don't have any room for a propper dinner table at all so they end up sat infront of the telly which is a pet hate of mine!) so the telly was off and they sat there and ate there dinner! 20 mins later they'd pretty much finished! which when i told there mum she was shocked! so i said well the telly was off so they wernt watching that and she was like Oh right! how'd you get away with that! ... i just sat there as if to say i'm the parent looking after them and they do as i say! ... just said that i didn't turn it back on from when we came in!!! ..... I know that every one lives different lives and what ever but i do beleive a little bit of change here and there is a really good thing for every one!!!!
well i'v got some sorting out to do, got to go delivering betterwear catalogs by my self tomorrow! and pop to the bank!!! which is a MUST! so chat to you's laters so can get on with things here :)

lol relaxin night! ... forgot to mention it's back to school for us tomorrow!!!! so it's been a little stressed due to some little man not wanting to go to bed before 8 or even 9!!! lol but judging from the noise, screaming, cryin and tantrums i heard out side bout 1.2 hr ago my son's not the only one!!!! but he went down at 7:30 and i'v not heard from him so i'm guessing he's gone to sleep! :) ... also he's kinda on a hyper due to the fact that his Birthday is just 9 (when we wake up in the morning) days away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D so every time he thinks of it! it's "mum, it's 9 days till my birthday!" (or as he actually says before i correct him! "it's 9 weeks!!!") haha! so have to tell him nope 9 DAYS! lol no weeks! bless him!
well that's me done! got to head off and sort these books out! unfortuanly they don't sort them selfs out! :(

aww it wasn't actually too bad! ... i woke up to an empty bed (which how ever has happend for about the past 5 days now :O :D WHOOP!) but yes i woke up at 7 with my alarm and i was wide awake, ready to go, felt really refreshed and everything then got bambam up at 7:30 as he was still asleep so got him up at 7:30 and then got breakky and everything and off we went to school just gone 8:30! I had catalogs to deliver so took them up with me and then went to post those, but then from 10am i was sooooooooooooooooo tired :O i couldn't beleive it! and i'v been struggling all day! so i don't actually understand how i woke up so refreshed and ready to go then 3hrs later i was ready to go back to bed! i'v had 2 bottles of lucozade today and still waiting for them to kick in! knowing my luck i'll be tryin to sleep tonight and boom it hits me! lol
Goin back to the catalogs i was given an area that has about 80 houses on them but as i cant carry more than 50 at a time i only did 50 off them! but it just seemed as tho as fast i was putting them thru the doors they were being chucked back out! :O how rude! lmao!!!! so after i collected 10 back in with in 5mins of putting them thru the doors i phoned me mum and said look i'v had 10 handed back to me and here's another 2 that i found out all ready! they don't want them round here! she told me to go on to the next road i said they'll be just the same on that road tho! how's about we skip this area altogether and i'll start on the Trinity area? so that's where i went next! 1 person's all ready put the catalog back out but i really could not be bothered to run down there drive and get it! 1 person said no as they were walkin out the door as i was goin down to there house! and as for the rest i haven't a clue! lol other than 1 person that was out gardening and took it off me and asked when we wanted it back for! lol so i know at least 1 person will be reading it! Lol :) so it was fun today! "NOT!"
then had the plan to put my money in to my bank and went and left all my details at home :( so had to go back to town when i'd finished my job and sorted all that out! lol ... on the plus side! heard back from lolly popping and i have an informal interview either tomorrow or wednesday! ... good job it's at school as neither of them have actually confirmed when it is!!!!!!!! other than it'll be after i finish working! lol then have also heard that the other lady has now fractured her whist! (she's been off for a long time and keeps goin on sick leave every month! there was a report that she was goin to be back this week for a month and then go back off again on sick!) but yeh so goin to have an informal interview then got to get the medical out the way and then should be straight in there! :D so that'll be an extra 9 hr's a week which will take me up to a lovely 14hrs :) so all's good lookin there! :)
so other than all that it's actually been a pretty good day! bambam's had a good day at school, it was good working there today, if a little noisy at times! lol but all in all a good day! :)
Good luck with the interview hatz. That'll be great if you can get up to 14hrs. Any news on flats or houses? Keep bidding as you never know.
Thanks :) sure it'll all go fine! :) would be great to be up to 14hrs least then it would feel like i am doing something more with my life (not that being a mummy is the biggest thing in the world!) but the other side ... personal side more with that! lol (if that makes sence or have i just confused it even more!!!)
i'd actually forgoten about house! oops! haha that's how good the systum is! ... infact i'll take a look now see if they'v updated it yet?! .... well they got one in the next village along which would be fine but theres no real bus link from there to here! i would consider transfering schools BUT! the school there is in special measures so i don't want to really take my son out of a school that's top notch (pretty much) to one that's in special measures! so i don't think it's an option till i'm able to drive or get my bike sorted out and the trailor for him! lol Ah well keep looking! lol :)
I have to say I don't understand this bidding system at all. I think if you're happy with the school your son's at too, it would be a shame to move him.
bidding sistum ... house comes on the council market, 3 catagories of people High, Medium, Low, you put bid in for a house, .. i'm on a Medium catagory, if someone comes along that's on High catagory they get house and i have to wait till next time! if someone puts bid on that's a Low catagory and i put bid on same house, then so long as no one else puts a bid on that house that's in a high catagory then i get that house (so to say!) ... bout as simple as can put it really! lol for them to work out which catagory you go in too, it all depends on your needs for a house which they work out from filling a form in! you get a set number of points for being in an over crowed house, so 3 bed house = 5 people so if you live there and there's 6 or more people then you get a set number of points, you get another number of points if your being kicked out and another set number if your more than 20wks pregnant. So you get a set number of points for a number of different things, the more points you get the higher on the list you get put!
that's the only way i'v managed to get my head round it all! lol but there we go! it's how the are working the sistum at the moment!
well interview is tomorrow after work so MUST remember to stay behind! lol got 2 people coming to see me apparently! lol so shall see who turns up! The head teacher today when i asked what day she'd agreed on asked how i was goin to do it! as i can't take him out of school early! I just said well i'm still working on it BUT i do have a friend up the road that will be starting in sept so can see bout droppin my son off there and she can bring him in! but then again! i'v just had another thought! one of the mums that's son is in same class as mine lives just a few houses up so i wonder if she can drop him off from school and pick him up too?!? it'll only really be bout 1/2 hr that she'll have him for each way and then i can pick him up and drop him off on way round! oooooo :) shall have to talk to her tomorrow!
well i'm done for the night really! need to get a few things sorted out and then head up after straightening my hair!!!!

Happy Happy HAPPY!!! had the interview today and it went SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO well! :D tbh they came in sat down and said we have a list of questions to ask you but really it's just protercoll and we don't really 100% need to ask you! haha! they took most of the info off my application form and asked just a few bits here and there! bout 20 mins later it was over and done with! they querried if it was ok just to leave it as me about this job and if they'd advertiesed it enough of which i said well everyone in this school got a message about it and they said there's about 350 people in the school so yes it's been advertiesed enough!!!! :) hehe! ok it's not been advertiesed thru out leicestershire but as there's more than 10 people that knew the job was up for grabs then they can safely let it go! lol :) so i'v pretty much got the job for relife work, there goin to push the medical thru which is at another place now as they'v just changed it to some new people!!! so things should move on pretty quickly! The only other thing they really said was that so long as they can push for this medical to get thru pretty quickly then i will start not this monday but next! :D ... any training i need will be done on the day! :O :) hehe! so this will sure be done! .... they'll provide me with FULL uniform! (which i had a giggle about as it's) a lovely bright orange baseball style cap and a lovely orange and yellow coat that comes down to about my knees! ... i cant wait! haha!!!!!!!!!!!
on another note!
My son had an operation on his toes (if you can remember me sayin about that!?) but i'v noticed that one of his toes seems to be curling back round?? :( he's also developed a walk with slappy feet (as i call it!) so when he's walkin along he's slapping his feet down instead of goin heal/toe. should i pop him down the drs and just get things checked out?? or should i just keep telling him to stop it?? he's also been complaining of pains in his legs ... which i do think are growing pains really ... but when he's walking and will suddenly drop to the floor grabbin his legs, i don't know if he's just doin it for attention or weather they are hurting him that much! but everything seems to be from the hips down!! complaing that it's hurting him, just don't really want to be told that it's just growing pains and he'll soon grow out of it! ... as for the toe, i all ready know they cant do anything else with it cuz they'll only do 1 opperation on it and then will have to leave it till his feet have stopped growing to get it properly sorted out! ... i.e. break the bone and re-set it! but it's just annyoing me that it's on the curl round again :(
on another/another note!!! my mum's got a job now! :) receptionest at some sort of a firm so she's mainly doin that now, just getting in to the swing of things and dosen't 100% know what she's doing yet as people are just telling her things to do and then say oh i'v not shown you that yet and get side tracked with something else! lmao so she's tryin to get things sorted out when she don't actually know what to do! lol ... keep telling her she'll get there and get things sorted! :)

Hi hatz. Congratulations. Be sure and put a pic on the quilt in your uniform, hehe. You'll look splendid I'm sure. I would also take son to Drs, just to have it checked. I didn't think growing pains actually existed, thought it was an old wives tale, but C often complains about his legs, and friend told me it's for real. Still not 100% sure though lol. xx
well last time i said about him complaining about them (think it was his knees!) Dr said it was growing pains! lol but this time it's been a bit more frequant (sorry cant spell lol more often/pretty much everyday!) .. but then i think he's actually remembering things now, like he can tell me it's a day less to his birthday every single morning! LMAO! so i don't know if he's just remembering that's what he did yesterday or weather it's annoying him!?? but i think i will pop him down some point next week and see what he says again!

yup me mum's got her self a job altho she don't like it! lol the people there are rather funny and as she says she just feels like a naughty school girl! she's not been shown how to do anything or what really to do! she met the main boss person yesterday and he said right come in, sit down tell me about your self ... oh can you dictate these letters for me and then dismissed her and that was it! so yeh she's learning as she gose and teaching her self how to do things!
right i'll be back laters! :) am back! had to help mum with the betterwear orders and putting them on line!!!!
so as i was saying she dose have a job but not liking it much, she's found there's a lot of things that havent been done for a long time and so she's tryin to get them sorted as well as finding new things that she dosent know anything about like the franking machine! ... altho she's just managed to work that out today! (all on her own!) but there we go it's 12wks contract so least she dosen't really have to stick it for long! and it's bringing in a bit of money if nothing else!
well back to me! lol there pushing the medical thru and as they'v just signed up with new people to do the medical's with i should get thru quickly as they don't have a long list! lol and i'v received an email which the lady that interviewd me sent to the medical people that she wants me to start on the 20th this month :O :) WHOOP! hehe! and she has now admited that the other lady is off on long term sick as up until this point EVERYONE has said that she dosen't have much time off ... when i know that she's not worked a day since christmas and was only in on the odd days since september last yr!!! Ok yes i do know she's had a serious problem and it's caused her to have double vision so she hasn't been able to do the job, and this time just as she was given the all clear to come back to work she was getting off her husbands motorbike, got her trouser leg cought some where and fell and shattered her whist! so yes she's been off with real reasons but i just find it funny that people (head teacher and county hall) say that she's dosen't have much time off! now that she's shattered her whist and it's in plaster with pins, she wont be back before summer hols, so by time we come back in sept it would have pretty much been a whole yr that she's been away from the job for! but there we go! lol just go with the flow and see what happends really!
well i'm goin to drink my cuppa and do a little bit on facebook and then head up to bed! got pick up's to do tomorrow and then work and then wriggly readers .... wonder where i put the NEW stickers i brought!!!?? hummmm i better go find them as i'v not had any for AGES! lol ... they do LOVE there stickers! :D
Been let of catalog picking up today! :D WHOOP WHOOP! cuz sure know my foot needs a rest HUGE blister on the bottom of in! lol ... in return i'v got a marafon cleaning sesion to do :( booooooooooo! lol step dad's poorly so it means things have to be done in the house! grrrrrrr! hate it when he's ill the slightest things annoy him, he shouts alot, and he just sits there demanding things and moans and groans :( aarrgghh!!!! not looking forward to this weekend ... altho i am really cuz we'v got 2 parties so will be out for a good couple hrs saturday and sunday! :D WHOOP! hehe so least i wont be in the way too much so he can just get on and do what he wants!
on another note, you ever had a song stuck in your head for more than 3 days running??? my son put one his songs on, on monday and all this week i have done nothin but sing it, woken up and it's there goin round in my head, at work its still there, gone to bed and still singing it! aarrgghh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! litually there's not been a time when i'v not been singing it! so now i'v put my speakers on my comp and blastin some tunes (as they say round here! lol) so tryin to block it out a bit and take my mind off it! haha REALLY HOPE IT WORKS! :) .... come on Savage Gardens do your work PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE! hehe! (ok i know old skool! haha)

... humm! was in a bit of a pee'd off mood this morning! lol sorry bout that!!!! and now really cross with my self for putting it as my step dad has ended up in hospital :( he's had some sort of attack possible anagina but they don't actually know! as i said this morning he came home cuz he was poorly and he went straight up to bed, my mum came home about 3pm and took one look at him and took him straight down drs, i got a phone call at 4pm from my mum sayin she's following the ambulance to hospital :O apparently he was GREY and as i said to me mum he's not been like that since he had his kidney opp a couple yrs ago! (4yrs ago!) so when she said he was grey i knew it was bad. At the drs they took one look at him, sent him straight in to a side room sat him down and phoned 999, they put him on an EPG machine and did what they could there while wiating for an ambulance, they called my mum in and just explained that he needs to go in to hosp and ambulance was on it's way! when they got him in to the ambulance he had a spray under his toung and oxygen mask and apparently when my mum saw him again in reception he was looking VERY pink again! so he wasn't getting very much oxygen in to him for 1! ... now a couple weeks ago he was asleep and woke up having a really bad attack of some sort and he put it down to a panic attack but were now thinking was it something more than that and cuz he'd not got it all checked out it's now coming out as in what he's ended up like now!
so yeh he's in hospital at the moment having endless tests and things done ... oh! while he was at the drs the ambulance crew were looking thru his notes and asked how he treated his diabeties? he replyed i don't have diabeties!? but it was on his notes to say that he was diabetic just no one has actually told him! they did a test and everything any ways and that came back ok so that's at least one thing they'v not got to worry bout! but as to why it was on his notes... god only knows!!!!
wow! 11:25 bout the latest i'v stayed up for, for a long time lol should head off to bed soon we'v got parties this weekend which one we'v got to be out the house for 9:30 to get up to the top of the estate to be picked up from there as my friend couldnt remember where on the estate i lived! lol but very good friend has offered to take us to both tomorrows and sunday's party :)

well he's had tests and things done and has picked up loads, there looking at his medication and might have to change it around abit so shall see what he comes back with. He might be in till monday but were all now putting it down to the fact that he NEVER stops and so we think it was his body's way of sayin look your not as young as you want to be, you need to have a rest every now and then! and as he didn't listen it made him!!! so yeh he's still in at the moment but least he's picking up and as you say he's with the best people... altho he's complaining as he don't get his breaky till 9:30 and he's STARVING by that point as he wakes up at 5 or 6am if not before!! he cant get out of bed as he'll set all the alarms off, and he's got to use a bed pan! hehe!!!! and as he's up 3 or 4 times a night you can just gues how he's coping with being stuck in bed!!!
me and my son will both be goin to see him tomorrow so should cheere him up with seeing his grandson and will make my son feel a bit better for seeing him as i know he's slightly worried bout his grandad and he's not seen him for a couple of days now! i'v told him that he's in hospital having some tests done to get him some new tablets! (which basicly he is!) so he knows where grandad is which is good with him! lol
well party today went really well and i'm SO glad that i had a lift cuz i would never have found it!!! i would have had to get off the bus 10 mins down the road walked down the road and then gone in to an industrial park and walked all the way round the back of it! ... so i wouldn't have found the place on me own!! We'v got another party tomorrow then off to see grandad and then it'll be weds before we know it! ... got to tidy the front room up as want to have a little get together with my brother and his gf on weds night then it'll be his party next saturday! :) which i'v just managed to arrange a room for £12 1-3 i'm really actually still shocked at that price! lol as the lady said you only want the room, nothing else, no staff, no food don't even want the bar open! lol so they will just take the money for the room. I did ask a few times if that was all she wanted £12 lol but yup and pay up on the day! :D so were all sorted really! just got to buy the food and then sort it all out! hehe ... got the cake mixture and jelly mixture ready to make up, also got the jelly pots so all i need to get is the main food part of the party! haha, wasn't planning on doin much food as it's pre-tea type things!
well i'm goin to get goin for a bit! ... ooooh my son had his hair cut by his grandma! hehe! i'v been looking for his clippers for about 3weeks and they'v well and truely hidden them selfs as i cant find them ANYWHERE! ... did how ever find his digi cam yesterday and then mine today :) ... but no sign of his clippers, so i told me mum and she said she'll give it a go with the scissors (i don't trust me self to do his hair with the scissors!) and he's had a good cut all over! he wasn't half looking like his dad!!! so i was kinda DESPRATE to get it done! lmao! so it's pretty much all gone now and looking good again! :D goin to put a little gel in it tomorrow to get ready for his party and see what it looks like spiked up a bit!

well we went to see him today and he's looking like his normal self :) so is a LOT better and he's come of high watch now too so in him self he's feeling more human as he's been able to get up and go to the loo and have a shave all that! lol which he's not been able to do since friday! he's also hoping to come home tomorrow!!
The party today didn't go so well! it was a football party and my son's NOT a footballer! haha!!! (which i'm kinda pleased about as i can honestley say I HATE THE GAME! haha! rugby any day!!!) we went in to a seprate room to the children so they could just have a kick around, shoot a few goals and what ever else they wanted to do, but my son just gave up! he did a bit of the training, then the next thing i know he took him self off and sat on the side line! one of the trainers went across and had a chat to him and he joined back in but 2 mins later he was in the middle of the court lying on the floor after about 10 mins of him doin this i'd had enought!!!! i pretty much stormed down there and called him across to me and had a chat to him (i was nice to him! lol) and he told me he didn't know what to do, so i told him that he's to run around and try and get the ball! if he gets to it he can kick it!!! but by that point i think he'd had enought! ... i know you can't force someone to play a game of football but i just felt like my son was the only one not joining in, not knowing how to play football! (it had also hit home on a couple of other notes too!) so after a few mins the trainers came across and chatted to us to see if they could get him to join back in and he wasn't having it, but in the end we got him to play with the other ball at the other end of the court and he kicked it in to the goal a few times but he was more interested in bouncing it and tryin to score in the basket ball hoops!!!!!!! so when he was happy again i left him to it! lol so he may not be a footballer ever in his life but his basket ball skills (self taught! as i'v not shown him anything like that!) are pretty decent!!!!!!! :) so when we'v got the garden sorted out, we'v got a childs basketball net in the garden just got to fill the base with water and i'll aim to teach him a few tricks of basket ball and how to shoot the ball so it goes in the net! :) ... i was centre and goal keeper in net ball and goal keeper in basket ball! hehe! :) (being tall helped alot!)
but other than the not being able to play the game and not being able to just join in and run round with his friends ... it was ok! he sat and ate his dinner with everyone and had a few cakes, then watched one his mates play with the games on his camera (sure my son is a tech-no freak!!! as soon as something technology comes in to his eye sight, That's it! he's there and you'v lost him from what ever it was you were doin with him!!!) and then it was time to go really! lol so that was it really! it was only 1hr and 1/2 long so was a short and quick one!!!
... it brought home other notes comment! was sat with all the other parents that were at the party and it was one of those moments where it hit you in the face that you were the ONLY single mum there! :( (yes i know i should be happy about it but this one point i was acutally not happy!) :( we'v got the kids at a foot ball party, and the parents talking about they should have forced the DADS to bring them, and got the DADS to do this, that and the other. Then they went on to sports day that's coming up! the fact that they have a DADS race (ok and a mum's race too) but all the DADs are there all matcho tryin to win the race and everything, showing each other who's kids have the best DADS for winning the race :'( i don't think that the other mums actually realiesd that it is just me in my son's life and he dosen't know who his dad is. and that actually if you had sent the dads with the kids i would have been sat all on my loansome as i wouldn't have a clue who 1/2 the dads were! so it really did hit home today. I spoke to my mum bout it while my son was having a nap and said that i didn't know what to do when all the other mums were chatting about the dads doin all this that and the other and she said that she was pretty much a single mum, even tho my dad was there he wasn't there in the same way! he'd never take us to parties, never come to sports day, never take my brother to a football match, never did this that and the other! he was just there in the room ... even worse in the corner of a room playin on his computer! so she had to find the male sub! when my brother wanted to go to a football match to watch it and everything she found someone that was actually willing to take him and sit with him. I never actually noticed that my dad wasn't there at the sports day ... what was important to me was the fact that my mum was there! I do remember one thing my dad did, when i was at secondry school there was a fight and i got knocked really hard in to a door frame and we'd thought i'd broke my arm, so my dad actually came and got me :O i was shocked and a half that day really! ... now being that i went to school in burton and the hospital was in burton (2miles down the road from school!) you'd of thought he'd of brought me to the hospital! ... but nope he drove me back home for my mum to take me to the hospital!!! so that day we did about a 30 mile round trip in all! haha! bein that the school is aprox 9miles away from town! lol.... but yeh she was telling me that she had to find some one that would do all the things that my dad should have done with us! not that i remember who this male sub was! lol but think he mainly was with my brother more than me!!! Then it got me thinking! i don't know that many males and trust even less of them! so what could i come up with for my son???? my friend that's a girl but looks like a bloke! ... hummmm not sure that would really go down well with peole at school! lol but i really don't know any one else! my brother is working all hr's off the day! all my son's godparents don't actually live in the UK so they cant get to these things easily! lol so i'm kinda stuck really! lol But there we go! we'll get thru it all! i'm sure ...............
well it's now 2 days to my son's birthday and it suddenly got me also the fact that he will be 5 and i'll have to pay for him on busses as i know he wont keep his trap shut if i try and sneak him on as 4! LMAO .. bus driver .. how old is he ... me ... 4! ... my son i'm FIVE now mum! yup that would really go down well! LMAO i'll be all right when it comes to me taking him swimmin as we'v joined an activ8 club with him so every hr of PE that he dose at school he gains points and points = money off things at the leisure centre! so i can still take him swimmin for pretty much free!!! lol ... these points start at the start of term and finish at the end of term! lol
any ways i'v got a lunch box to make up for tomorrow and a bed to clear off ... yet again! i really should stop looking for things! haha!!! but i'm goin to head off now :) nighty night night x

I do know what you mean about being th only single mum, that is something that happpened to me a lot with my boys at things like Cubs etc. Statistically almost half of children will be in a lone parent family at one point or another though, so we are not as alone as we think
Gosh, he'll soon be 5! Children grow up far too quickly.
Even when I was married, the ex never came to parties or school events. It's something I never thought about really as I never saw things as being different - and luckily neither did the children.
I'm glad the party was ok though, and so glad your step-dad is doing well.
yep he will soon be 5! lol he came running in to my bedroom this morning shouted at the top of his head MUMMY 2 DAYS TILL I'M 5! i was still slightly in the land off nod! haha! so it was kind of a bit right ok darlin moment! zzzzzzzzzzzzz! then he climbed in to bed with me and started to talk to me about nipples! ... i tell ya, the amount of random convo's i have with my son is unbaleiveable! lol... but he turned to me and said when i'm old, when i'm 18! i will have big nipples just like yours! (sorry bit it's still making me chuckle!) so i said no not really darlin! mummy's have big ones so they can try and feed there baby's as mummy's make milk, yours will get bigger but will stay just about the same shape as they are now! ... now please can we talk about something else as it really IS too early for this convo!!!!! haha! bless him so at 6:55 i was having that convo! lol i'm waiting for the day to come for the how do you make babies mummy! and i can see that being at some unearthly hr too! haha (not that 6:55 is that unearthly just 5 mins before my alarm! lol)
i'v not had a phone call or a text from my mum to say that my step dad's on his way home or coming home just yet so will see later i guess! but before all that i'v got to get tidyed up a bit! hover round and put away and all that! ... did clear my son's table before school this morning so that's at least clean again! lol just a few bits here and there really! and wash the pots! so hopefully can get that done in 1/2 hr as well as have a cuppa and something to eat! :)
i delivered 102 books this morning (well -3 as the houses were empty! lol) took me 3/4hr :O shocked as did it quicker than my mum ... but then again she was running to and from the car to move that down with her and i just had me trolly so i didn't do a lot of too'ing and frowing to the car! lol then just coming down the street had a lady shouting HANNAH at the top of her voice ... tell ya what i'm so use to people calling me Hannah i'd might as well change my name! haha ... but she had a new order and something that she'd brought from the old lady that was the wrong product so i'v taking it off her just got to find the money to pay her back for it! lol (will leave that bit up to my mum!)
any ways best get on and do some work then can sit down again and have something to eat! :) ttfn :)
He's not been aloud home tonight :( there's something still in his bloods thats stopping them from letting him go :( so he's not a happy bunny at the moment be kept in :( i REALLY hope that he can come home for my son's birthday cuz he wouldn't want to miss that for the world! :( so even if they don't let him out on the day they could (like last time) they let him out for the day ... it was xmas and he was under STRICT instrutions! he couldn't do anything, he wasn't aloud to drink, he wasn't aloud to drive and a whole load of other things! he told them that he was in leicester having xmas dinner and actually he was in ashby! hehe!!!! he didn't tell them till he went back 2hrs later than what they said! hehehehee! :) they told him off and gave him the slap on the whist but kinda let him off at the same time! lol ... that was when he was ahving his kidney transplant!
well my son is a tiny HUGE bit hyper!!! 2 sleeps but 1 day till his birthday! :D hehe! so he's a hyperoo at the moment. But he's doin the stupidest of things recently and being kinda really naughty. He's been missing the toilet, he'll stand there and point but do a little dribble in the toilet then shoot it off down the side of the toilet instead! :( another one he's been doin is aiming at the seats! so you got the lid up and the seat up and he's been aiming in to the lid so this week recently the toilet has STUNK like a urinal :( not been good at all! so we'v had to clean ALL the toilet room out every night just to get rid of the smell, i'v been sprayin round with detol stuff at the end of the night when i go to bed so hoping now that it's starting to die down now! then there's also been when i leave him in the room for 20 odd mins and come back in to find that he's taken EVERYTHING of the settee, cusions, mum's coat, all the papers new letters and everything else that's important and for some reason he chucked it all on the floor :( so he's been getting a tad bit told off recently... but i'v always started it with, I know your excited about your birthday right now, but you'v got to remember what you can do and what you can't do, and knocking all of mamar's and grandads papers and things off the settee isn't a good thing at all! so were having a bit of a stressfull time at the moment!!
..... gosh! don't the kids go to sleep round here???? there's still a couple running round and 2 down the road playing football!! :O shocking! but there we go not my kid lol he's been tucked up since 7pm and fast asleep since about half past most likely! :)
any ways goin to head off for a bit now! not doin much else i don't think tonight! hoping to keep tomorrow as a semi free day at least cuz i just seem to be really tired so want to do as little as possible tomorrow! got to pop to the library to pick some books up which i asked for them to get in for me so will see what they've managed to find :) other than that REALLY got to start getting sorted out in the means off food for my son's party on saturday! :)

well i got my day off from delivering as i hoped to do! lol got to tidy the house up and sort out the books and things that we'v got in the house at the moment and sort out the things to deocrate with! hehe, also go to cook up 5 number 5 cakes!! which just realised that i should get it done for tomorrow! ... the reason for 5 number 5's is that the mould isn't actually that big! so goin to do 5 of them and lay them out on the board for him! then can have 4 sparkly candles and 1 number 5 candle which can go in the middle! lol
well i'v got to get cracking and have to straighten my hair before i go work! cuz it's a bit of a frizz bomb at the moment! washed it this morning so it's dried Au Naturel!!! and HUGE! haha
