Hello ladies,
Im preparing for my first IVF cycle. Do I get a it (partially) covered by NHS? Unfrotunatelly, IVF treatment is really expensive for me and my husband, we cannot cover it all. In case we do not get any allowance we are decided to go abroad. We are thinking of this hospital in the Czech Republic as the prices should not be up to £ 2000 which is a great price. Does anybody know how it works with NHS?
Thank you.
a friends friend had ivf on NHS- GP refered her to hospital to have tests on herself and husband- I think it took a total of 2 years until they let her do the actual IVF and she was allowed 3 courses on NHS (she only needed 2) this was a few years ago so not sure if things have changed
Thank you ladies. I have finally decided to go to the Czech Republic. I will keep you informed about results..thanks again:)

Hi everyone, just wanted to let you know that whole "process" of getting pregnant in clinic abroad was successful, I am pregnant now and has fingers cross for smooth pregnancy.
Staff were kind and very helpful they just know why, they can not afford any bad references when most of their clients are form abroad:) anyway, they did a good job.
If any questions, do not hesitate to ask!
Hi Cindy Congratulations! and good luck for your pregnancy, wishing you all the very best
