I have a two year old daughter with my ex partner, which I left her about 10 months ago for my on reasons. Since then my ex partner has agreed on and off letting me see my daughter two nights aweek which i was more than happy with. But since Father's Day she has stopped me seeing her, an on that same day told my daughter to say bye daddy it's the last time your been seeing me. which broken my heart.

right my partner is paying his ex £120 a month plus then paying half for his daughters gym and swimming fees... now she keeps asking us for money and telling the little girl that we are taking her out for the day when we dont have the money to go which now we have to take her becos the mum goes nuts cos he dont take her anywhere.

do anyone think this is right???? x

Morning , I have 2 children who I have supported for the last 2 years through a formal arrangement(paid standing order) my pay has dropped over the last 2 years so payments have gone down from 300 to 150 a month.PWC has accepted this and relations ahve been good. a month ago she changed but do'tknow why. She went to CSA who calcuated my payments as £94 a week. This is based on my pay tax year ending 2012. Like I said mypay has dropped by 10k a year since then. I have 2 jobs one pays 20k (was approx 26k) I am also a part time firefighter who earns about 8k a year(was about 12k).

hi need some advice

split with ex 2 months ago and now im claiming esa and in a private rented house the rent is £500 a month and i get £78 a week towards rent and get £280 per month for esa so after all that and the rest i have to put towards rent i get approx £40 so use on food bills etc

hi can anyone advise or had same prob . iv been trying to claim csa since 2011 fot one then two of my kids who came to live with me . i have never recieved a penny infact had to pay my ex for the two i had . iv just found out i had a claim that was not actiond on and it cannot be backdated . i still have to pay for one child that my ex has . what do i do .

Hi,

Me and my partner are about to split up and she is due our fist baby in June. If i have full time custody of the baby (which is what i will be fighting for) what benifits can i claim.

I am in full time work earning around £1400 per month after tax, I will be keeping the house as i put all the money into it in the first place the mortgage is £703 per month so after all the other bills i am only left with around £100 a month.

I am thinking of a second job depending on how that will affect the benifits i am allowded to claim

Hello everybody.

Got a situation where I seemed to have everything and things have gone pear shaped. My EX had a relationship with a neighbour then i got made redundant at Christmas. She agreed to help pay her part of the mortgage in the hope of me finding a job and keeping the home for me and my daughter. She is now pushing me to leave the home so she and her new partner can sell it. I am unemployed and not in a position to keep up the payments, I have been told if I leave the council will not home us, I dont know what to do. Please any advise.

My ex g/friend just gave birth to our baby just over 2 weeks ago, due to a volatile relationship we split up 5 months ago. throughout the relationship I wasn't always nice to her and sometimes I Got angry and frustrated with her which resulted in me kicking her car, threatening her and saying nasty things which were said out of anger.

csa and voluntary redundancy

I'm in need of some advice regarding the csa.

I may take voluntary redudancy later this year and would like to know if the mother of my son is entitled to any of the redundancy?

i pay every month never missed a payment in 12 years . my son does not stay over night anymore but comes over every weekend.

i intend to set up a business with the redundancy money, but i need to know if the ex partner would be entitled to and lump sum or extra payments from the redundancy money.

advice would be very welcome .
