I have been separated for 3 months now. I got married 12 years ago and have 2 gorgeous girls.
My daughters are living with their mum. I just wanted to know where I stand in getting Legal Aid to get the divorce finalised. So I can get on with my life.

If you are entitled then visit Legal Aid Finder to find a solicitor in your area.
You will be advised to try and work out any divorce issues at Mediation before it going through court. By coming to an agreement via Mediation means it is cheaper and a shorter process and means that you both get to have a voice and come to some compromises and what is best for the children.
Obviously the wellbeing of your daughters is of the utmost importance to you through all of this so, as they live with your ex, by making this process as stress free for your ex and them the better.
