Im writing this on behalf of my sister.
she split from her ex 3 years ago and they have a 3 year old together. Dad on bbirth ceft but hardly sees child due to "work", due to this the child doesnt want to see him.
my sis wants to move abroad for a better life but doesnt know her rights and if she can leave without his consent (very much doubt he would ggive it) .
can she move elsewhere in uk without his consent?
She has not spoken to him about it as he has not bothered to see his daughter for almost 2 months (hence why daughter does not want to see him)
Can she move anywhere in uk or is there only so far they can move?
hi well she can move anywhere in the uk and ex cudnt do as thing bout it, but abroad is a diff matter,x

Your sister needs to either go and chat with a solicitor or register with us and Ask our Legal Expert as it depends on different things, ie were they married, is he on the birth certificate, does he have parental responsibility etc.
hi well she wud av prove to a judge tht is is in childs best interest to go abroad and live abroad, i wud love to move abroad, as he is on birth certificate he cud contest it, but he myt not, as ur sister ment it to er ex
