New Channel 4 show is looking for people

Dear parents

I am working on a new TV show for Channel Four, and we’re currently looking for people to take part.

Maverick TV is the company behind Embarrassing Bodies and Children’s Hospital.  Our new interactive, live health show will feature the Embarrassing Bodies Doctors, Drs Christian Jessen, Pixie McKenna and Dawn Harper.  In each show, the Doctors will be offering viewers the chance to contact them in the studio online with any health concerns they have, giving them the chance for an instant diagnosis, without having to make an appointment with their GP.

We will also be carrying out consumer testing of some of the leading, readily available over- the-counter products used to treat a variety of conditions including teenage problem skin, hayfever, headlice, thrush, piles and athlete’s foot.  Our aim is to assess which products work best.   There will be a standardised protocol, a health questionnaire and we will be working with Health Professionals to ensure safety for all concerned. There are no cost implications for any participants and we don’t need to film the symptoms!
