It is understandable that you want it all over with it has dragged on, however remember there is absolutely nothing you can do about it now. Everything is in the hands of the judge, so rather than worry about and make yourself ill and unhappy, try and focus on the here and now.
If your ex gets contact then you will have to deal with that then and we can support you with that.
We are in control of our feelings, so it is up to you how you manage this fear. Recognise that right now you are safe, right now you are in control of your day to day life. Right now everything is ok in your world.
