Single and happy? Lovely article and photoshoot opportunity for Pregnancy & birth mag

Dear all,

I'm a freelance journalist with Pregnancy & birth magazine, and am working on an article about the reality of life as a single mum. I'm looking for a case study who is either pregnant at the moment (at least 20 weeks) or has a baby aged six months or under, who would be happy to talk openly about her experiences.

This is intended to be an uplifting  account of single pregnancy and parenthood, so while we'll touch on the things that can be harder on your own, we really want to play up all the positives. It doesn't matter whether you intended to be a single mum or your relationship broke down; if you can talk openly and honestly about your life, I'd love to hear from you.

If you'd like to be involved, we'll need you to be available for a phone interview of around 20 minutes in the next couple of weeks, and also come to a photoshoot in London on the morning of Sept 22nd. We'll pay your travel expenses, and also give you a CD of all the professional photos taken on the day. You'll also get to read the article before I submit it.
