Single Parent support

Hi, I am Romanian, 26 and I am trying to bring my 5 year old daughter over. I encounter money difficulties with rent and living expenses as I am just relying on a £1680/annum. I am a single parent and I understand htere is a possibility to get single parent support but don't really know how and also if as a Romanian I am eligible. Thank you
