Hi everyone

As you know I don’t see my children their choice with the help of HER.

I was speaking and seeing my 14 year old son but contact suddenly stopped after ex  something to him. (He is with a foster carer who I do not see eye to eye with and have made a complaint over)

I try to talk to him but I got a text saying he doesn’t want anything to do with me.

It is his birthday next week so what do I do?

I have been told not to bother just keep the card at home as he may throw it in the bin and wait for him to come round.

I don't know what to say Pash02, I'm sorry.  All I know is how upset my lot are when they don't have a card of their father - although after a number of years they now accept it.

If it were me, I'd send the card, even if there is a chance it will be thrown...

 i will send the card and leave it to him as to what he does with it.

I will know i have sent his card and other people will see i have sent one also.

Yes I agree, good idea to send the card, even if it gets rejected at least YOU will have done the right thing.
