has anyone ever been to a final hearing about contact? what happens at these hearings? me and ex cant agree over how much contcat he should get and therefore itas going to a final hearing?
ive been asked to write a statement for the hearing about my views on contact and ive done that.
waiting to get statement from other side. ive no solicitor , he has. bit unsure what to expect at this hearing- can anyone advise? will i have to ask/answer questions regarding the statements?

hi chocolate well i attended final hearing last wednesday, well it was a contested hearing,wasnt nice,glad it over with, i attended 5 hearings upto last wednesday, my solciter interogated my ex, tht was good to listen to put him in his place, and ex soliciter asked cafcss questions,judge said i wasnt upto bein question by ex solicter, as i was so upset in court, was in court 4 times last wed,bin goin thru court a year now, stressful,then the judges make the final desicionx

im hoping not to be cross examined as he has a solicitor and i dont and il probably lose then :(

think i will get cross examined by his sol
then il prob have time to cross examine him, but i dont want to , il feel really uncomfortable even jus making eye contact with him
Well, have a think about whether it would strengthen your case to question him?
I guess this is the one where the decisions will be taken.
