First day today, where i step out and go out shopping on my own for the day. CHild is with father.

 

I feel nervouse, as i havent spent time by myuself for YEARS and i feel like ive lost my head already, but ... i know i have to do this for myself.

hi both,

 

my day went really well, im very surprised and impressed with myself - i came out of my comfort zone (of being without children - im always with my child - ALWAYS!!!!) and i thoroughly enjoyed myself.

 

This time last year, i wouldnt of dreamt of doing what i done today. Goes to show, things take time and in time, people grow and get stronger :)

 

Im really chuft :)
