Hi Towerofstrength.

I randomely stumbled over your comments from back in January. I could really relate- infact it was as if I could have written it myself. It was particulary interesting and somewhat grotesque the way you described how the counsellors you tried to get support from confided in you rather than supporting you-it is my exact experience too! Just painful really. Thought we could meet for a coffee and a chat about being supermums on the edge - I'm certainly on breakingpoint - although my "have- to -cope- no -matter- what" attitude wouldn't allow me to. I'm new in this forum and don't really know how this works and if Im going about it the right way - just hoping that I could get in contact. I'm also not great when it comes trust- and being a single parent and somewhat made to feel like a cross between a lowlife and a scrounger -has probably driven me into an isolated defensive corner with an attitude of "I'm fine - I will handle whatever as usual". Truth is - I'm ready to make some changes and reach out. Hence this comment. Hope to hear from you.
