Green Man Employment Skills Zone - Lambeth

The Green Man Skills Zone is a flagship project of the Lambeth Working campaign. The campaign helps residents who are out of work to get a job or improve their skills by raising awareness of the services that are available in the borough to support them. The centre will offer a range of co-located services; which will include the following;

Greenwich Connections - (South East London)

Greenwich Connections is a local voluntary organisation working for children, parents and carers, especially parents who are under stress and children in need. Services that help identify and meet the needs of families include: parenting groups, childcare and young carers service, advice and counselling service, holiday play scheme, activity days for young carers, fun with kids and a mini gym. Greenwich Connections accept referals from individuals or from professionals

Greenwich Toy Library - (South East London)

Greenwich Toy & Leisure Library Association is a toy library for children with special needs and their families / carers.

Hackney CVS - North East London

Hackney CVS is Hackney’s leading voluntary and community sector support agency and local Council for Voluntary Service or CVS. The CVS supports of people to run successful voluntary and community sector organisations by giving them access to the key skills, knowledge and resources necessary to respond to the needs of local people, especially those most in need. Hackney Independent Forum For Parents/Carers of Children with Disabilities

HiP is a parent participation group funded by the Department for Education. It helps parents get their voices heard and have real influence over the specialist & mainstream services their children use. Membership is open to any parent/carer with a child with any kind of disability or additional needs. It's run by a group of 12 parents/carers whose children have a variety of different conditions including autism, global developmental delay and speech/communication difficulties.

Hackney Quest - Hackney

Hackney Quest aims to develop the potential of young people and support their families. Positive Youth Engagement Programme (PYEP) - This programme supports over 200 young people aged 8-19 from all over Hackney - arts, social and creative activities, training and networking opportunities. Adult and Youth Volunteer Programme. Family Support Project including: Individual support/signposting, Coffee mornings and seniors clubHelp with form-filling/ letter writing, English speaking skills, IT skills and support and Positive parenting courses and support. We work with Women and Women’s organisations to develop and deliver services that local women need. Information and signposting for isolated, vulnerable and low income Asian women. Listening services. Advocacy. Drop-in on Mondays with social activities and information sessions. Monthly exercise classes, health sessions. Outings, festival celebrations, monthly shopping trips.

Hopscotch Asian Women Centre - (North West London)

Hopscotch Asian Women Centre provides advice and information to Asian women and their families in Camden and helps them access the main stream services. Support is offered on a range of issues. These include welfare benefits, housing, employment, education, health and immigration matters.Hopscotch provides advice, advocacy and confidential support in each individual case of domestic violence. Referrals are also made to relevant authorities, as and when necessary. Older Women Group and Social Groups meet weekly to network.
