Bluebell is a Bristol based charity which provides support for families through depression related to pregnancy and birth in the Bristol area. Parents can currently access our help in a number of ways:
- Mums’ Comfort Zone – a free weekly group programme with free crèche, providing ‘time-out’ for mums with a diagnosis of pre or post-natal depression, meeting on different days in children’s centres in North, South and Central/East Bristol . - Bluebell Buddy – an informal 1:1 peer support service, for mums for whom attending a group is currently not an option and who would like to meet up, possibly for a cuppa and a chat , with someone who will have a good understanding of what they’re currently feeling.
