Families can come to us for support and advice on any aspect of family life and get information on matters such as child development, parenting, and advice on how to stay safe and healthy.
We offer a range of universal and targeted services including antenatal services, parenting programmes, one-to-one family support service, counselling, physical activity sessions, baby massage, speech and language therapy clinics and groups, and a comprehensive breastfeeding support programme. The children who use the two children’s centres come from families who live in Exmouth and the surrounding villages and beyond.
