Norfolk Homemakers aims to provide very affordable furniture for people in need and on low income. We also work in partnership with a variety of organisations including social services and charitable bodies. We often help people with a variety of problems including those leaving hospital after a long period of time or those suffering relationship break-ups.
All our furniture is stored in our warehouse, and those in need are welcome to come and visit. We have probably the largest selection of wide ranging second hand furniture in Norfolk. All our furniture is donated by the public and Norfolk Homemakers provides a valuable resource in the diversion of furniture from landfill.
We are always keen to recruit volunteers. We aim to provide a safe and supportive working environment.
