The Centre For Better Health is a community mental health organisation which helps people on their journey to recovery to develop new skills, build confidence, self-belief and ambition.
Services include counselling and courses/workshops around subjects such as ceramics, creative crafts, healthy living, IT classes and discussion groups/classes in life skills.
