Kiera it looks like he has moved on and is happy, but he is not, he needs to control and hurt, or he is incredibly bored. These people will never feel happy, and will never be able to love, the max is they feel a buzz from hurting people, or bored. Now he has just found another victim,

You have done amazing things Kiera and I am so sorry your skin is playing up with all the stress. Is there any way you could get an urgent appointment ? We are all thinking of you Kiera (((((hugs)))) xx

Things here are quiet with ex at the moment Kiera, which feels in a way more scary as so far every week something horrible seemed to happen. My ex remarried to get full custody of the kids and I found out he married by sending me an e-mail that I had to inform the kids that they had a new extended family with two new sisters and new on the way. Dont even know if they are real sisters or half sisters.

I feel ill all the time as my digestive system has gone terrible in the last 2 months, I ignored it too busy with last bits of Court, ex and new house. They are going to sort me out though I have had a lot of tests last wednesday and will get procedure within 2 weeks to find out whats wrong. Feel nervous as I have no family to help.

The guardian gave boys letter of my ex a month ago, reading it to them and handing them a copy. Then she closed my case.  It was so very strange Kiera, I think the letter he originally wrote was rejected, because these letters had his handwriting heading "dear.... " and ending  "love dad" the rest was typed, only saying that he had tried to get visiting through Court and that he had not succeeded and stating that if they wanted to get in touch they coud on his mobile or through Facebook. The name of my eldest was misspelt, just like their solicitor always misspelt it. He would not have misspelt it, nor typed it. How weird was that.

I am glad you can moisterise your skin well and you can take your sunbed Kiera, here it was chucking it down with rain this afternoon, glad you could have a walk with your dog and little girl, speak soon Kiera and hope time will fly for you xx

Hi kiera

Sorry to hear that you skin is playing up, do you think it could be due to the stress of worrying about your ex coming to the end of his programme?

My brother gets psoriasis, he went to a specialist and was recommended to cut out potatoes, red meat, dairy and alcohol, he managed to do this for a couple of weeks and his skin really cleared up. He doesn't have the willpower to completely change his diet, but he has cut down, he is currently trying to gluten free as this was recommended too.

Hi Skyflower, I understand that it feels a bit weird that things are quiet, but hopefully this is something that you can now get used to.

It is very positive, Anna. That is a very radical diet, cutting out so much, it is very hard to do when you have to feed children, or cook different things.....Glutenfree pasta (rice based) from Tesco or Asda tasts great though, it might be an option with fish or chicken ? hope you are enjoying the sun Kiera

Sounds like your being really good to yourself keira, it really is surprising how the food we eat can have such an impact on our health, hope you skin gets better soon.

I think that the Gluen free ranges have got better in the last few years skyflower, i remember some of the shop bought stuff being fairly awful, i hope everything goes well with your tests and that it is something fairly easy to treat.

4 days is a lot Kiera when food is horrible lol well done it does sound as you are trying so hard to give your body the best chance with all them good foods drinks and vitamins so sorry it must be knocking you self confidence to have that happen to your skin. For Anna's brother the same it's pity you can't grow out of it.

Yes Sally the gluten free ranges are a lot better thank God remember when the bread wasn't there and baking it in the morning it sometimes wouldn't rise and was rock hard you could kill a horse with it and totally in edible. Thank you for your support Sally have heard nothing yet but I hope it's nothing PQ told me about a lump that turned out to not be serious which helped a lot  xx

I think the bread used to be one of the worst too, i used to have alot of stomach problems too, doctors tested me and i tried all manner of different diets to find out what foods were causing the problems, wheat is what causes me discomfort and is in a lot of shop bought products, though years of stress and anxiety played a really big part too, it seems i used to carry my stress in my stomach.

Yeah down with the stress skyflower, realistically you can't get rid off it altogether, but we can find ways to cope better.  I think that living in an abusive situation which you have been would have caused high amount of continous stress, it just takes us sometime to get used to the fact were no longer in that situation and can relax.

keira, skyflower is having some digestive problems, which she is getting checked out.
